TECH AT PLAY provides technology and infrastructure for autonomous live sports production, broadcasting and video analytics.
Our customers include sports venues, academies, clubs, associations, federations and other organizations using our technology to produce, manage, distribute and analyse sports content.
As part of the broadcasting service, customers may choose to distribute a match either:
TECH AT PLAY provides the technology and production infrastructure used to create and distribute these broadcasts. TECH AT PLAY does not claim ownership of customer content merely because that content is processed, uploaded or streamed using our technology. Rights in the underlying content remain with the applicable customer or content rights holder.
Depending on how a customer or authorized user interacts with TECH AT PLAY, we may collect or process the following categories of information.

Our services may process video, audio, match information and sports-performance information in order to provide autonomous broadcasting and sports analytics.
TECH AT PLAY does not require the collection of player names, profile photographs, dates of birth, email addresses or mobile numbers as part of its automated sports analytics processing.
Recorded video retained by TECH AT PLAY as part of the service is ordinarily deleted after approximately three months, unless a different retention period is required by a customer agreement, legal obligation or specific service requirement.
Sports analytics information generated independently by TECH AT PLAY's technology may be retained as part of the customer's analytics service and historical performance records, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
TECH AT PLAY uses YouTube API Services, including the YouTube Data API and YouTube Live Streaming API functionality, as part of HALO's broadcasting services.
Customers who choose to broadcast through their own YouTube channel authorize TECH AT PLAY through Google OAuth 2.0.
When a customer chooses to connect its YouTube channel to HALO, the customer is redirected to Google's OAuth authorization process. The customer may review and authorize the permissions requested by TECH AT PLAY.
The applicable OAuth scope used for the YouTube integration is:

This authorization allows TECH AT PLAY to perform the YouTube operations necessary to provide the customer's authorized broadcasting functionality.
TECH AT PLAY may access and process YouTube-related information only as necessary to provide the customer-authorized functionality, including:
YouTube API information is used only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure or improve these customer-facing broadcasting functions.
TECH AT PLAY does not sell or resell:
TECH AT PLAY does not use Google or YouTube user data for targeted advertising, interest-based advertising, credit assessment or sale to data brokers or information resellers.
TECH AT PLAY does not use Google or YouTube API user data to train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
OAuth credentials are retained only while required to maintain the customer's authorized YouTube integration.
The normal authorization flow is:
Customer authorizes TECH AT PLAY → Google provides authorized credentials → TECH AT PLAY securely stores the applicable refresh token in encrypted form → TECH AT PLAY uses the refresh token when required to obtain a new short-lived access token → authorized YouTube API operations continue without requiring the customer to repeatedly sign in.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are:
OAuth refresh tokens may remain stored while the customer maintains an active YouTube connection and while the token is required to provide the service.
If the customer disconnects its YouTube account, revokes TECH AT PLAY's authorization, terminates the relevant integration, or the authorization otherwise becomes invalid, TECH AT PLAY will cease using the affected token and remove it when it is no longer required, subject to applicable technical, legal and security requirements.
Applicable YouTube resource metadata stored by TECH AT PLAY is refreshed or deleted in accordance with applicable YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
TECH AT PLAY distinguishes between information obtained from YouTube APIs and information independently generated by TECH AT PLAY's broadcasting and sports-analytics systems.
By authorizing TECH AT PLAY to interact with a YouTube account, users acknowledge that their use of Google and YouTube services is also governed by Google's and YouTube's own terms and privacy practices.

A customer that has authorized TECH AT PLAY to access its YouTube channel may revoke that authorization at any time through the customer's Google Account permissions.

The customer may also ask TECH AT PLAY to disconnect its YouTube integration by contacting:
Following revocation or disconnection, TECH AT PLAY will cease using the affected authorization to make new YouTube API requests on behalf of that customer.
Revoking or disconnecting access may prevent TECH AT PLAY from creating, modifying or managing future YouTube broadcasts on that customer's channel until the customer authorizes the service again.
Customers may request deletion of Google- or YouTube-related information stored by TECH AT PLAY by contacting:
Requests should contain sufficient information for TECH AT PLAY to identify the relevant customer account and YouTube integration.
For security purposes, TECH AT PLAY may verify the identity or authority of the person making the request before processing the deletion request.
Where applicable, TECH AT PLAY will delete information that is no longer required to provide the service, subject to:
Revoking Google authorization and requesting deletion of information held by TECH AT PLAY are separate actions. A customer wishing to do both should revoke the application's Google authorization and submit a deletion request to TECH AT PLAY.

Information may be transmitted to and received from Google and YouTube when a customer uses YouTube-related functions, including OAuth authorization, creation and management of live broadcasts and streams, and retrieval of broadcast or stream status.
Where a customer specifically instructs TECH AT PLAY to provide data or content to another platform, organization or authorized recipient, TECH AT PLAY may process or disclose information in accordance with that instruction.

TECH AT PLAY does not expose OAuth refresh tokens to end users or use those credentials for purposes unrelated to the customer's authorized YouTube integration.
No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and TECH AT PLAY therefore cannot guarantee absolute security of information.
TECH AT PLAY's technology may be used by sports academies, schools, clubs, associations or federations in connection with sporting events involving junior athletes.
Children do not directly create TECH AT PLAY accounts for these services. Where accounts, access or services are provided in connection with junior athletes, they are created or administered by the applicable school, academy, club, association, federation or other responsible organization.
The relevant customer organization is responsible for obtaining any permissions or consents required under applicable law for the capture, processing, analysis or distribution of sports content involving its participants.
TECH AT PLAY does not knowingly enable children to independently authorize Google or YouTube account access through HALO.

TECH AT PLAY is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party platforms except to the extent required by applicable law or contractual obligations.
